Aka Lala One-shot: “S no Kaikoroku” (“Memoirs of a Sadist”) by Akane Ogura
(Note: There are a few of you who have gotten the wrong idea. If you are looking for hard-core materials, this is not the place. This is a blog for more mature shoujo, shounen, and josei manga.)
It’s been a while since we’ve released anything on Bakeneko’s Lair. I’ve been going through the process of changing the scope of the blog from shounen manga to mature and josei manga. This is our first release under the new scope.
This is a one-shot from Aka Lala. Aka Lala’s theme is “passion,” so many of the one-shots are quite intense. I’m not gonna lie; this oneshot is disturbing. It gets into S & M more than I’m comfortable with, but at the same time it’s very thought provoking. Anyhow, if you are squeamish, I recommend staying away from this oneshot. One-Shot: “Tadashii Hitsuji” (“The Perfect Sheep”)
Here’s the first of our Fall Spooky One-shots, “Tadashii Hitsuji” (“The Perfect Sheep”). This is a very short one-shot but effectively creepy nonetheless. The timeless lesson of this story is to never bargain with the Devil. This story also highlights the fine line between good and evil. I love how this one-shot manages to pack so much into 10-pages! Masterfully done Ho Suka! I hope to see more from this artist.
Coming Soon!
Update: Our first release will be the one-shot “Seigi no Mikata”. I decided to move it over because I didn’t want to tone down some of the coarse language to make it more appropriate for OS and it’s got a lot of action. “Seigi no Mikata” will release by the end of July.

Bakeneko’s Lair is coming soon! This blog is where we release the series from Comic Gene and all other series and one-shots that fall outside what’s fits into the type of projects we do on the main Omari’s Sister website (mostly action oriented and a little racy). Our first two series will be:
- “Rex Fabula”
- “Servamp”
We will also have some one-shot on deck.
We hope to getting started with our first release in September (maybe we can pull off something sooner…)
